Woke up this morning with really stiff thighs. Figured it would disappear during pranayama as the body warmed up but it didn’t. Awkward was pure pain and eagle wasn’t exactly fun either. Had a sip of water at party time just to take my mind of it. It seemed to have helped and the rest of class was fairly decent.
Stayed and did the advanced class. Didn’t get anywhere near as dehydrated as last week, but it still leaves me so much worse of than a normal back to back double. I guess it’s just that the body is working in new ways and isn’t used to it. Just the one class tomorrow I think, give the body some rest.
